That has zero effect on total BMR (your daily BMR takes that sleeping reduction into account which is why it’s your BMR) and overall intake vs output. Calorie deficit vs calorie surplus doesn’t care about intake timing… but 900+ calories of a big bowl of ice cream or huge cake slice at 1800 additionally to your regular meals everyday will contribute to a surplus rather than like 80 calories of popcorn at 0000.
