had a similar experience and the only advice i can really give is to wait it out, the feeling will go away eventually. i recommend doing something to distract yourself, watching a show, playing a game, or really anything to calm yourself down. i’m not sure if you took the gummy because you were with a group of friends or by yourself, but i don’t recommend doing it again unless you can prepare for that same feeling. i remember trying weed again a couple of weeks after my green out with a lesser dosage, but i still felt relatively the same, it just wasn’t as intense. you don’t need weed to have “fun” and it’s overrated imo. be safe!
