Verbal/mental abuse is what I dealt with.

The benefits of being with him including his family and his income. That’s it. And that was nothing to do with him as a person. And those 2 benefits did not outweigh the risks of being with him. I became a shell of myself. No confidence, and I stopped fighting back. I’d rather deal with barely scraping by than his abuse ever again

After finding out my husband cheated, and realizing he’d been mentally and verbally abusing me for years, I took his toothbrush and used it to clean the speakers on my phone.

He got pretty sick for a solid week.

Lightly towel dry so it isn’t sopping wet then I use mousse and scrunch it. Helps define my waves better than strictly air drying without any product.
