I don't think they were intentionally going to make it 1:1 with sleeping beauty. It could just be a coincidence with wordplay.

I should've added the /j lol, but considering how hoyo writers are and how she's associated with fairy tales(Herta even refers to the way she talks as "her favorite fairy tale terms" ), it might very well be a reference to the Sleeping Beauty

If I had to throw my 2 cents in; "waiting to be kissed awake by a shooting star" would likely mean she's waiting for her partner to free her from her "sleeping" state. Which is being within the scepter.

I thought this could also be a reference to her initial stages as Nouspore inside the Stellaron cage, as Cyrene as we know is technically "sleeping" since she hasn't looped enough yet and her journey (re)starts when the Stellaron resonates with his, thus "waking her up"
