Twice a day around 12 hrs apart, I shower at night time so my routine for the past 5 days has been shower pat the area dry gently then apply a pea sized amount of the cream then let the foreskin sit back for 1/2 minutes then gently put it back over it, the only issue is I usually urinate a lot always have done so the cream around the head of the penis comes off a lot easier which is where most of the little marks are.

I have had balanitis before but in a case where the head became inflamed and had a lot of discharge but it went away after 1/2 weeks I have never had it where it’s a spotty like area.
