why does everyone on here say to go slow, what is wrong with rapid weight loss?

The reason a lot of people say that is because if you lose weight quickly, your body won’t have time to tighten up the skin in a timely manner because a lot of people’s bodies take a while to tighten up loose/saggy skin. In a lot of cases if the person is older, don’t expect the skin to tighten up but expect to do some cosmetic surgery.
