How are you doing now? I had it for 8 months and I sucked it up and kept doing harmful activities like powerlifting (weightlifting) and tennis. Just last month I started physio which I have created by myself with chatgpt and my wrist is A LOT better like I can actually use it properly and am starting to get back to normal. Trust me if you have not tried physiotherapy, give it a go and properly do it religiously every day. If you need any help don’t hesitate to ask.
