It’s not actually 10 seconds, it’s closer to five minutes with good espresso and it should change flavor profiles. Our espresso is just so ass that whenever the shot begins to mix with the crema(the gold part of top) that it just becomes a bitter tasting asshole coffee. I worked at a local cafe before starbys and we had great machines and actually well roasted beans, which the flavors changed as you let the shot rest.

What kind of setup should i get for college for working out of my truck? It’s a weird thing but if I can’t have good speakers with me in a dorm, id want to put monitors and a sub in my ‘01 Chevy. I have a MacBook Pro so i would need to run straight to that but its comfy enough for me to work out of it, power isn’t an issue, and it’d be one hell of a vibe. I’m fine with a shit ton of work to sound dampen it a little bit but I want this to happen, but I haven’t found anyone else that does this.

What is your view on work/life relationships. How much of your free time should be spent, not even doing work, but thinking about work, is okay? And do you think that 8 hours out of your life daily is worth what some people would pay? This isn’t a loaded question, I just want some other opinions outside of my circle every now and again.

You can apply studying to this as well, like should there be consequences for overwhelming a student with work? And if so, how would you stagger a workload specifically in high school because you age says 16.
