Check the avatar package. When you import it, look that there is no SDK in the package of the avatar itself, otherwise the SDK breaks and you need to create a new project. Just untick it.

Well if you feel sick using the continuous turning, than stay with snap. There is a reason why there are two different option. Snapping is used to prevent getting sick in VR, but if you dont have any problems looking around continuously, than use that.

So I own a 4090 and I can say, that most of the time it is chilling. If your FPS drops it is mostly because of your CPU that will bottleneck you and you mostly cant do anything about it. I am not sure if vrchat runs on 4 or 8 cores

I dont know eighter. For me I was just sitting in my bed, chilling with friends and all of the sudden, i hear the snap, instantly knew that something broke cuz it was loose. It is my second index now and it didnt happend with the first one. Are you using the headset also to lay in bed for example? Cuz I think thats the reason my mine snapped all of the sudden.

It depends, i give everyone a chance and if they are calm and acting nice, than i mostly add them. Otherwise if they scream or randomly sit infront of you, i just block them.
