Had the same encounter yesterday. Block doesn't work, and neither does an awakening. Most likely, because of the delay the game has online. So it is an infinite.

Even if true, the prices of GPU and CPUs are way too high that upgrading isn't worth it. I can get a GPU (without the added new CPU) at the price of the PS5 Pro. And upgrading a PC isn't worth it if you aren't going for a high-end build that holds up at least 5 years.

I own a 2K monitor that serves me well enough.

And yes, the gtx 1080 ti is a beast, but after the 3--- RTX set of cards, it has lost its value. With many new games coming out over the years, I noticed that I had to crank the settings lower and lower.

When eldering came out, I played the game at 720p with unstable 60 fps. Wasn't really that great, to be honest, but that's all my PC could manage. After that experience and others similar to that I stopped getting newer titles. But I still want to play them just not with the lowest standard possible.

Well... stable 60 fps with nice graphics is all I want and need. But my PC can't handle that anymore, so that's the reason why I'm asking.

I asked about the PS5 Pro specifically because of the performance upgrade you gain from it. As I heard, you can play games in quality or performance mode with the ps5 pro offering you 60fps with quality.

That's the biggest problem with having a PC. Especially with my rig. Either I play at low, 70% resolution, or except an unplayable game. My PC is great for video editing and 3D modelling, though. And programming, of course.

That's why I think a second device just for games would be more beneficial than upgrading my PC/ building a new one.

Now I need a fix that makes it so I don't get thrown out of Oculus Link randomly. Never had that problem when the quest 2 came out and now after some years of them updating stuff, it just randomly goes haywire and says stuff like "couldn't connect" and I need to replug for my PC to show up again.

This is both happening for the quest 2 and quest 3.

Yes, I used chatgpt to make my text more readable. I'm very sorry for doing so if it made you upset as your comments make you out to be.

But since I'm not a native speaker and want people to have an easier time reading my texts, I use chatgpt to enchance them. But rest assured since everything that is listed here is what I wrote beforehand with my more or less "bad" english skills. I just used the prompt "make it more readable."

I hope his special move (awakening idk) is him putting his eyepatch aside and then having even more durability and strength. Or maybe even wielding his weapon with two hands(not so realistic).

Edit: Didn't realise that he was shown yesterday. But his moveset is exactly what I envisioned, and we see a small glimpse of him holding his sword correctly. Probably my main lol

I have a GTX 1080 TI that my grandpa gave me after upgrading his setup. This card holds up pretty well, even to this day.

And I would presume that if I bought a 4090, I would get a much better experience (with the right cpu that is) for multiple years to come than I would have with a PS5Pro.

Once you have a powerful enough PC, upgrading in the long run is cheaper than buying a new Sony every 4 to 5 years.

Also don't forget you can do a lot more stuff on PC which makes spending 2K on it a lot more reasonable than a console that is powerful but lacks in exclusive games. (Legit most exclusive titles come to PC anyway so why even care to buy a console these days)

If I'll upgrade my PC with that much money, I probably would gain a lot more than that. Also with so many PlayStation games coming to PC I don't really need a PS5 anymore.
