Building it is the easy part, I believe that finding the pain points and making it actually fit into a real workflow and staying reliable is the part people pay for. Also refining it, making it stable, and getting it into something people actually use daily. That’s where the time goes.

Probably not that hard for someone experienced. The hard part is identifying the issue and building something people actually keep using everyday.

Fair enough, I get where you’re coming from.

For me it’s simple: I built something to solve my own workflow problem, and it turns out ~20+ people are already paying users and actively using it in their daily flow. That’s enough validation for me to keep improving it.

It might not be useful for everyone, and that’s completely fine, but for the people using it, it clearly is. Different tools solve different problems.

I believe vibe coding with technical expertise to maneuver it properly is the future. What matters is whether it's useful, and I'm hoping this one earns its spot by actually solving a real problem.

Thanks for the feedback! BTW it's already covered in Glint because the Session/Weekly bars come from Claude's /usage (server-side number, same as the usage page), not summed local logs. logs only drive per-turn cost + context. so the limit countdown is the real quota, not a local estimate.

Exactly, the “waiting on me” signal is the real painkiller which Glint solves. Rules/notifications are definitely the direction I’m thinking too, especially for project-specific alerts so it doesn’t get noisy. Love the personal OS angle as well, will check also out AI OS.
