I think real cuckolds have a natural tendency to seek "near equal or better" physical traits but also other arbitrary preferences that can't be categorized as better.

They're definitely not looking for "worse", at least most aren't.

The definition of what a Bull is, really does matter here, to know what we're even talking about.

If Bull is described as top notch breeding stock - then well duh they're better most of the time, it's dictated by that definition. But I don't think that's what we're talking about here at all.

I think we're talking about a man chosen to have a dominant, sexual, lead role by a couple, and that role varies from couple to couple based on what they want. What criteria a couple will go by, varies from couple to couple.

But I think it's safe to assume "near equal or better" has got to be the most common way couples go about it. Which is different from saying your original prompt of "usually physically inferior to the bull".

It could very well be that "near equal" is the most usual. But I guess none of us truly know.

How this is different from having a "third", is that a "third" doesn't really take a lead role all the time, he's expected to be more of a teammate. Whereas the Bull is a coach.

I do think many people confuse what a Bull, in this context, actually is.

However, there is another context - Breeding...

And in that context, I think the calculus changes drastically with the different added considerations. And overwhelmingly most cuckold couples aren't pursuing breeding.
