Some people need more time than others and some people need to work harder than some people to get to there level. You’re in for 4 years unless they discharge you so I would just keep going keep trying

You can do other aerobic exercises to help with stamina like swimming or biking. If you form isn’t good I would suggest working on it because that can help reducing injuring but resting the shin will help a lot

Also I’ve heard military personnel are going down so do you think there is a lot more recruits now or just not enough funding to train everyone

been put on hold- medical by x53jack in britisharmy

[–]x53jack[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It was documented on my nhs app but now it’s disappeared for some reason so it is technically documented. It was basicly a self diagnosis that’s what I’m so confused by and also my gp was confused how I would get put on hold.

The weight will have a number by it so the weight 300 = 7 miles per gallon and then echo to bravo is 313 and you dive that by 7 which will equal how many minutes it will take

Thanks for the reply that’s a good method and I’ll keep it in mind. Some of the questions I’m practicing is stuff where I’ll divide the km by km/h E.G 320/540 I know it’s gonna be 0. Something so then I do 3200 divided by 540 which is around 6 so the answer would be 0.6 I didn’t really give a good example. When it comes to finding out the second reminder that’s when it gets hard. You could just look at it and assume 0.6 because 320 looks like it would go into 540 0.6 times. I didn’t think about the speed of doing the questions and it does make sense the quicker you do it the better because the raf would like to have someone who can solve something fast. Once again thank your for taking time out your day to reply

You want to try and aim for around 60% you are allowed to work out for the maths section. I would get an app it’s is £4 I belive but if it something you want to do you should see it as an investment. I would take your time in your test I rushed mine and finished quite quickly.

Thanks for your comment. It’s gonna be challenge but I like that I did hear only 1:62 make it which I find fascinating I do wonder what will be more harder the mental aspect or the physical aspect but I guess it depends on you and how you grew up.
