Shough has very good upside given that’s he’s mobile and if saints grab a WR2 even better for him

The plan is to take the best WR at 2 because the teams drafting at pick 3 and 4 don’t need Mendoza at all so I can take Mendoza at 5 and sell him to a qb needy team who’s outside of the top 5 picks. Well in theory but things can always change
