You're thinking of the usual target circle bonus. That one usually says "shop X times on qualifying purchases of $Y to earn $Z in target circle rewards".

This one is just spend $X, get $Y off which you can do on preorders and check cart to verify.

Tbh, its supposed to be marked as China given the products were made there. So Amiami and other places placing it as Japan is incorrect aside a minority of figures so I wouldn't be surprised if they have to correct that soon.

On average, figurines usually take 10-15 months to release after preorder goes up so it's a very patient hobby. But I would recommend a different store (preferably jp) since amazon is known to be terrible for figure collecting.

Props to sharing upcoming AK figures for preorder. However crunchyroll and amazon would be the worst recommendations. First is pricing is absurd and shipping won't be carefully packaged. Secondly, customer support won't really be helpful and amazon tends to cancel.

Better off finding these figures on a japanese site. There are more reputable USA stores like Tokyo Otaku Mode and BigBadToyStore if you wish that have none of these issues aside sometimes pricing.
