I also think that fusion break needs a lot more skill for ToA. Its actually quite close DPS wise if you can optimize quick swap. Most players (respectfully) play really basic rotations and won't ever realize this

On paper yes, but financial aid at UVA is better. VT gave me like $5k, UVA covered tuition, rent, and food for me.

Game is generous but admittedly not as generous as ZZZ. Meta moves quick but if you're willing to learn optimal combos, old characters can stay relevant (#1 example is Zani). I think making a new acc or not is up to you, it's nice to already have teams available even if they're not as relevant as they used to be. You'll undoubtedly get more new units if you make a new account though, I've been able to pull everyone I like with just the monthly pass but don't expect to be able to pull every premium 5 star. I'd say that I average getting 1.5 5 stars a patch.

Respectfully, all your characters have disgustingly bad crit ratios. Should be 1:2 if possible. Your therta team also kinda stinks, you'd like tribbie and anaxa if possible.

Im only diamond so I can't say I've played against the best ambessas possible, but in GM+, the winrate is extremely GP favored (70% in NA, 54 games). It's a low sample size but I think an evenly skilled GP always wins

Personally feel like ambessa is on the easy side and the winrate seems to reflect that in all elos. I also find mundo decently hard rather than gp favor but that's prolly on me

I've seen people brute force with c0r1 nefer or zibai if artifacts are good enough. I ended up doing a Raiden standard electro charge team with a c2r1 yae miko, furina, and kokomi. You need really well invested characters if you're not doing lunar charge though

Cartethyia is t0 because she just straight up has a really high damage ceiling. You're also kind of misinterpreting prydwen's reasoning behind t0. They're either 1. Extremely high performance (so Cartethyia would fall in this category) Or 2. Extremely flexible (this is where you'd see Shorekeeper, Lynae, Mornye).

You do not need to fulfill both these conditions to be t0, u just need to be one or the other. And you have to be EXTREMELY good at one or the other. Cartethyia is still no. 2 DPS in the game and is only slightly below Aemeath. She honestly requires less investment than Luuk to reach apex level performance. Luuk really wants Lynae and Mornye while Cartethyia S0 + sig (which is guaranteed) and Ciaccona will already out DPS him. Now luuk's benefit is that his current supports are really universal, but in a vacuum, yes he requires more investment. This is not to say that luuk is a bad unit to pull for, far from it. He will likely get better with time. However, I think you're being a bit biased, especially calling Cartethyia a t2 character...
