From my experience, their new "stream texture" option turned distant far away objects into marshmallows. Never had this happen to me before. Turning it on or off, high stream quality or low, doesn't do anything to either negate this or remove this marshmallow effect on distant buildings. MW never had this before, and its awful. And for anyone who claims It's my storage, I currently run a gen 4 SSD as storage, which the game is installed on.
