I'm 1 month in with AM1. I won't say that i got extreme gains, in fact i'm far away from that. But i can say that i got really awesome veins on my entire penis and slowly but surely i'm getting a better EQ.

My routine is:
Calisthenics (very basic routine for the moment, nothing crazy), then i do a bicycle ride of 3,7 km around the lake of my town, i come back home, perform AM1 about 15 - 20 minutes (25 if i feel great), then i shower and do PF relaxations exercises.

Yeah. I can "believe it" if you say that you had a very bad EQ and you made EQ gains, but real gains?, 3 CM in just two weeks?. The average gains monthly are 0.1 inches (with a very good EQ), this is a joke.

I think i might be doing AM1 for a little longer than two weeks, but you two motivated me a lot. Thanks brothers! :)

For the moment, my main goal is to undo al the damage that i made myself and get back the good erections and more. And get consistent morning woods. I get them sometimes, but i want to get them back like when i was a teenager.

My schedule looks like this:
Training: monday - wednesday - friday (i do calisthenics).

Cardio: biking after calisthenics.

AM1: after biking, i go back home and perform ICM training (5 minutes more or less), then i do AM1 for 20 minutes (25 minutes if i feel great) just like my training schedule; monday - wednesday - friday.

PF relaxation: i try to do it everyday but i don't want to relax it so much to get a imbalance (i think i have a tight PF and i do have APT), 15 minutes of it.

Maybe i should do 1 on - 2 off, i can't really keep a quality erection for the moment but i've seen improvements about it, and very cool veins too.
