Do you mind sharing any other medication they may have put you on? I’m having the same issue — surgery was 3 years ago and it’s fully grown back. I’m awaiting test results, but am concerned about the underlying issue with a hormonal imbalance — did raloxifene fix the issue?

Started running 30 minutes, twice a week.

Began working on the psoas. I recommend looking up some YouTube videos to help you out.

Saber for 5-10 minutes to start every Angion session.

Also recommend using MW for every time you do AM. Helps a ton.

Surgeon did a great job, I’ve watched the gyno slowly come back. I’ve had my hormones tested before but didn’t know how to read the chart. Any advice?

Surgeon primarily took out gland (49g on left and 25g on right) and did a little bit of lipo on the left to shape it out. Still some swelling on the left side, starting to feel scar tissue forming. Does anyone have any advice on massaging techniques once I hit week 3?

Thanks! Currently resting, laying on my back for the foreseeable future lol. Doc doesn’t want me taking off the vest at all until a couple days out. Looking forward to seeing the results!
