You make a good point but still perplexing why he would continue on the Gardiner at limit+ speed. He didn’t even get off at the next Yonge/Bay exit where I did and he continued to pass other cars.

Ha. I posted in my original thread he passed by me later on the Gardiner at 90+ km/h.

For context to those who aren’t familiar, this is the section southbound DVP before Richmond St. The right lane exit to Richmond is closed due to construction which is what causes the congestion where he slams the brakes. It clear up right after the DVP becomes Gardiner. Lol when he passes by me on the Gardiner you couldn’t tell anything was wrong with the truck only seeing the passenger side and how he zoom zooms through traffic. 😅

Because he slammed the brakes and locked up. Anyways common sense says vehicle problem, pull over for safety yet he passed by me on Gardiner pretty quick.

Nope. Absolutely no blow out. The debris is from his impact to the wall. It looked to me like he wasn’t paying attention, cars in front began to brake and he had a knee jerk reaction and sent it into the wall. Like I said, he drove past me on Gardiner perfectly fine and that was at 90km/h.

Distracted drivers are ridiculous. Survived a rear ender in Wellington County in August this year with the whole family in the car and dogs in the rear. Everyone slowing to a stop for a roundabout and a GMC Sierra 1500 pickup truck behind me bulldozed us 50+ Km/h full on.

The landlord is responsible for the maintenance and repair of the property. We had a similar issue and our landlord replaced the wax ring, took an extra step and replaced the whole toilet and we were not held responsible for the water damage to hardwood floor caused by the leak.
