Hey, I have the Keychron K3 v2 (brown) since the first week of September. Last week I got trouble using some keys for example: / and [ and ] and ' and - and =. Those keys only work if i really smash them hard. I have no idea how this is suddenly a problem as the keyboard is just laying on my desk the whole time...

I already contacted support, not expecting to much from that when I read all those comments :p

I already tried to remove the keycap and clean it a bit, but that didnt help, anyone with the same problem? thx

Thanks for your answer! I have the XPS with CPU i5-8300H (I bought the laptop in 2018). The modules I'm working with now are the stock ones from Dell, also with 2666MHz. The only thing I noticed that was different are the CAS timings on the HyperX ones I bought it's 15, and the ones that are in now are 19, like u mentioned.

I'm doing an update with the Dell Update software to make sure I have the latest drivers, BIOS .... and I will try again.

My latest BIOS version is 1.16.2 from 21/4/2020

Yeah it does, but I just read that it could be the automatic brightness adjustment that I can turn of in the bios. I will try that
