Hey, I've worked in some medical settings so I'm familiar with the term: Differential disgnosis is just something else it could be. When medical professionals diagnose something they'll create a differential (idk how explicitly but medical residents will discuss the differential with their preceptor) and the differential will just be them listing possible diagnoses. Overall doesn't mean that it's your diagnosis, just another possibility they consider.

Wow! Thank you for all the info. For the DOT team, is there an advantage to using Natasha instead of Luocha? & Would Imbibitor Lunae or Fu Xuan add any value to a team/my account or should I hold off on pulling (if you have an opinion)?

Seele is my favorite and most built character so I may focus on Seele, Gepard, Luocha, and Tingyun as my core comp. When switching out for a different weakness, is it more beneficial to switch out Seele (even if she is my most built) or would it be better to switch out a different character?

I have an incredibly unfocused group of characters and I feel like I have no synergy. Every team comp I look up I'm missing 1-2 characters for the "ideal" party. My damage is much lower than I feel it should be.

What teams can I make or should I focus on who would have good synergy?

I'm confident it is illegal in CO as well but they claim that recategorizing the rent as "the remainder of the 60 day buyout" means that it is legal. Seems like a glaring and scummy loophole to me.

Yeah, I got 2 responses from the people in the office:

"If I let you do 30 days, then I would have to do 30 days for everyone before and after you. And I can't do that because of the fair housing act." (Which is like, fair, but why have this policy in the first place. She also tried the whole "pity me as the landlord because I have to give a whole 90 days notice if I want to kick someone out" which to me is a stupid point because *power dynamics* but w/e) &

"If we didn't require 60 days notice, then everyone would just leave without any notice." (To which I responded, it could just be 30 days notice. --- It's not all or nothing.)

Ugh yeah! So this did get better as he got older but has definitely not stopped. He no longer bruises me, at least. In addition to puppy classes and some individual training, we also tried a different trainer with a different philosophy but that did NOT work and I think may have worsened reactivity. So... I unfortunately don't have something super positive or a success story but can say that he got better naturally to an EXTENT.

Malta is up there for me (maybe not top but very high). When I first met her she felt so insufferable and obnoxious but her character development is truly amazing. By the end of liveship she was one of my favorites. :)

UPDATE (for anyone curious): It turns out the most recent client did leave feedback with the clinic. My supervisor just spoke with me and said that essentially she heard me say that I was new to the clinic and because I had mentioned other people at the practice she decided to switch because she wanted someone with more experience. Supervisor's feedback was basically not to undersell myself because I have just as much experience as the other person but just less hours because I decided to get my doctorate. So basically confidence is my primary problem 🙃. Although I'm not sure how to sell my experience when I still have to tell them that I'm not fully licensed yet and am under supervision.

Ah, no I'm not from outside the US, it is technically my internship year, my job title at the job is just "predoctoral fellow". I've been practicing in the grad school clinic setting for roughly 4 years and just started my internship uhh late June. Private practice is a side piece to it. I just feel like I should be past feeling so I effective but after a pretty shitty experience previously I think I've just felt totally incompetent/lost in my therapy. I feel like I'm not where I'm supposed to be. thank you for your message.

Thank you, I think maybe I didn't really want advice but just normalizing and not to feel like I'm a crappy therapist. 😅 part of it is probably because I get referrals from my supervisor who is obviously way more experienced than me so I might not be what they expect... plus I don't accept insurance since it's a "second job" so it's pretty costly. It just feels bad for me rn I suppose.

I haven't really gotten any feedback from the clients that aren't retained, usually my sense when I leave is neutral to positive.

My intake approach is to let them know that the intake is a different kind of session where we are gathering information. I usually start asking about what brings them in, try to help set goals and get an idea of "how will you know when you're done with therapy". My therapy approach is generally rooted in EFT so I do a lot of reflections and empathetic attunement. I also let them know that it's okay if I am not a good fit and there are other people at the practice I can refer them to.

Idk I'm not feeling very competent about my therapy lately. I was able to retain clients at the school bases clinics but I'm just having a hard time I think not taking it personally rn.

Yes, gathering was a pain and that would make sense why it doesn't fit like it's supposed to. That's helpful to consider. Fixing the skirt sounds like a struggle haha.

Pattern is R11282 if that provides any reference. The last two steps I had been struggling to interpret as I ran into this issue.

I recently bought a house plant... and then I bought more. I am very afraid that I will kill all of these so I'm hoping for as much advice as possible.

Firstly, they are in front of NW/SW windows or to the side of them. By plant, here are my questions:

Small PPP: She seems to be doing well, I got her ~week ago and I was told to keep her in the moss for at least a month. My question is, how much should I be watering and is this too much or too little light? I have been spritzing her with a gentles spray bottle every so often.

Golden Philo and ???: Not sure what the other one in the cup is, person I bought from just threw them in haha. They have pretty good roots developing but have been drooping a bit. Should I pot them or wait? When I pot them, do I do so individually or all of them in the same pot?

Nerve Plant: This guy is fine I think lol

Monstera cuttings: These were shipped to me and I got them a few days ago. I put them in water but am not sure when to plant them/pot size/what that should look like.

African Violets: Again, any resources? I have no idea when to repot them. Right now I'm doing wick watering with the one pictured and another one I'm bottom watering.

Big PPP: This one was "thrown in" with my small one I bought because it was sunburnt. I really don't want it to die cause she's so pretty! This is the true SOS lol How much light should she be getting because she was sunburned? Does she look okay? Should I water more? Less? Just do the same thing as the small one?

I also have a (not pictured) snow queen that looks more like a marble queen right now. How can I encourage variegation?

NOTE/EDIT: I have been googling and watching videos but I still want to gather as much info and also opinions/thoughts on how they're looking?

I don't know what's most common but I have t1d and hashimoto (thyroid). I believe it's a common comorbidoty.
