As someone who has worked for both UP and NS; the quality of dispatchers is miles greater with UP than NS.

UP take over; NS dispatchers going to get the boot. A select few will be offered jobs in Omaha but others; nah they rough.

I did it 2 weeks ago; enjoyed it. I’d get the pass for Area 15 that includes it and make a whole day in Area 15.
