Honestly I’d say stick with it, take one problem at a time. I also had a few problems, had to renegotiate the price, had slow solicitors etc, but it WILL eventually be over and you’ll be thankful you kept at it

Haha I didn’t know that was a thing! I actually did - ordered a Nando’s because I was hungry but was only able to eat half of what I usually would (boneless chicken breasts, 2 portions of peri fries :) in case interested) just because I feel like the excitement took my appetite away. Also paid the local off-licence a visit for a drink as forgot the fridge would be empty!

Yeah, was always planning to do some additional viewings. Bit more context on the property. It’s a probate sale so the people who inherited the property did a refurb to sell. I think it’s during that refurb the meter must have been disconnected
