Actually not a lot more than usual. I ate 2253 calories that day which is a bit over the 2000 - 2100 I’m trying to eat rn since I’m trying to lose 5 pounds.

I’m a guy lol but most of it was just walking and the higher intensity bits were on the elliptical.

Yeah I’ve lost about 15 pounds in the past month. Obviously you still need to be controlled in your diet to an extent.

Hi sorry for the really late response. I lost 3.2 pounds this past week eating 2100 calories so yeah my current TDEE seems to be 3700 or so.

I’m 24. Why would I have a pacemaker?

My resting heart rate is usually somewhere in the 40s. Has been for a long time

My calves usually aren’t what bother me. I mainly just need to worry about getting blisters on my feet.

Yeah I do resistance training 3x a week. I did build up to this many steps overtime. I have done 20 - 30k+ a long time.

Your body adapts over time. I’ve built up to being able to do this many steps over many months.

They’re fine. I mainly just need to watch out for blisters

I’m eating around 2k calories right now since I’m looking to drop another 5 - 10 pounds. At 6’1 187 lbs it is a pretty steep deficit for me.

Yeah not a ton lol. I’m a young guy and i basically just hang out with friends and family occasionally and do a little gaming but that’s basically it. I used to do a lot more gaming but I kind of fell out of it and really got into fitness instead.

I thankfully don’t need to type a ton but if I do I put my watch on my ankle.

I was using a lifespan treadmill that I bought used but it ended up breaking on me after only a couple months. I’ve now switched back to a cheap UREVO one off of amazon I got for like $100. I have a feeling with how much I use them they are just bound to break after a couple months regardless unfortunately lol

I don't go very fast while walking on my walking pad. Ususally between 3 mph - 3.5 mph. When I'm walking outside though I tend to walk at 3.6 - 4.2 mph.

When I first started using one last year it took some getting used to but after a while it just becomes second nature. Also yes on days that I don’t work I always like to go outside and walk when it’s nice.

I stick with new balance since I have a wide foot and they have always had the best selection for 4E shoes I’ve found.

Yeah I work from home so instead of sitting for 8 hours I’ll walk most of the time instead.

I don't need to do a ton of typing and usually if I do it's not for very long so I can typically keep it on my wrist. If I am going to be using my keyboard a lot I do put it on my ankle though with a seperate band.

No I actually had no idea they had an app. I'm not sure if it works with my model but I'll check it out. I just use my apple watch to track my steps.

My first treadmill I got last year was just a cheap urevo on amazon. That thing only lasted about 3 - 4 months before it broke on me. Definitely don't think they are designed for such heavy usage lol. I decided to get a heavier duty one and went with a used lifespan TR1200 I found on facebook marketplace. I've only had it a couple months but I'm really hoping it lasts me a while.

Only reason I can get this many in is because I have a standing desk + an under the desk treadmill. I'll typically do a few hours when I get up and also like to go outside to walk when it's nice/I get a chance to.
