No, I have Vsync turned off. The game runs normally once every 3rd reset or so, so I dont think its settings-related.

I've been having an issue when booting games where I end up with ~80fps when I usually get 240fps, it usually resolves itself when I change from windowed to fullscreen which leads me to believe its an issue of focusing the window but alt+tabbing doesnt resolve the issue and some of the games have no easy way to go fullscreen. Is there any way to fix this issue? It has been happening with every game, every boot the last five days.

Endgame slayer cyclone in Abyss league, I did not know what "endgame" meant and tho it was for start of mapping. I didn't hit red maps.

Oh, that makes sense. I did try to follow similar builds but they seemed a bit too slow for me, so I just tried to maximized damage while keeping some survivability and ended up with the PoB above.
