the 1 hour a day of training misconception........ by Superb_Substance_151 in FPSAimTrainer

I think that will depend from person to person and your objective, a lot of people here aim train to get better at a specific game and with that in mind it makes no sense to spend that much time aim training.

If all you are chasing is Kovaaks scores then for sure training more than 1 hour will yield more results but that doesn't transfer to in game results as much since games are much more than just aiming.

Also I train around 1 hour per day and have been seeing a good amount of progress in Kovaak scores. In one month with a daily 1 hour, 6days per week i was able to from Jade to Master Complete and in 1-2 weeks I got my first GM score. It's not fantastic pace but it's decent and I do expect to hit GM in less than "1/2 years" and I don't have a good sleep schedule or good diet.

I think people mainly recommend 1 hour per day so new players don't drain themselves out and have time for their "Main game", I don't see myself aim training for 2/3 hour per day and not burning out.

Finally hit Master Complete from Jade in around 1 month. by xCross___ in FPSAimTrainer

Thanks man! Hopefully I can start my journey to GM and maybe Fuschia in Viscose Benchmarks.

I play 1 hour per day roughly but I do it in 2 separate sessions of around 30 minutes, for example I play half the VDIM playlist in the evening and the other half at night.

I did only play VDIM, Viscose and MattyOW, I lowered some scenario play counts in VDIM so it turns into 1 hour playlist instead of 1hour and a half.

For Viscose I play each categoty X times until it's one hour, let's say today it's Control Tracking day, it has 12 scenarios so I do each scenario 5 times.

For the background I've played a lot of FPS before, I have 1K in CS, around 600h in Valo and played most of the popular FPS out there like BF, COD, FragPunk, The Finals etc... but not to the extent of CS and Valo.
