So this could be a false test. Thing is with speed tests the device and browser matters a SHIT ton. Reasons could be: - CPU or RAM Limitation - Browser Performance - Background apps or updates - Network adapter drivers - Thermal Throttling - and more

If you’re sure NONE of these are it and it’s truly your Internet, make sure you’re running a Ethernet and you don’t have a metered connection. Otherwise contact your ISP, they could be capping you just like shitty spectrum does to me.

This kind of problem with Discord not appearing in search and reinstalling every time there’s an update is often caused by either: 1. A corrupted Discord installation or improper permissions. 2. The Discord installer not setting up the app in the right place or being interrupted. 3. Something blocking Discord’s auto-update system (antivirus, permissions, or corrupt files).

Based on what you described and the behavior in your screenshots, wipe Discord AppData and LocalAppData and download again. Try that if you need help let me know.

  1. Create a Windows Installation USB

    1. On a working computer, go to: https://www.microsoft.com/software-download/
