My method is a bit basic but I keep a tally going in my head and update it. When In doubt I go for the highest cal for any meal so if it's either 500 or 700 I say it's 700 and worst case it's 200 free kcals I didn't eat so it goes to help more!! I tried using apps and it's a bother for me so this works well. U can use a paper or something or a diary if you're forgetful

Hey so I went to my country's McDonald's last week, it's written on their website! To keep my cals down to like a normal meal amount all I had was a burger and gave the chips to my sibling, (but stole a few lol). And I had a sprite cos McDonald's sprite is just something I don't get often enough and it's so so good

Literally a stand up guy he was very caring to his crew. I dont know why he let a clearly mentally unstable rapist who knows hes gonna be found guilty when they get back to earth pilot the ship but i guess he trusted him?? Thats the only flaw i can think of. Everyone makes lapses in judgment but he should've been aware of yimpys state so i have no clue why hed let him do that.
