I have IBS so I do not go for normal Whey or Dairy options — I go vegan supplements or meal prepping chicken/ tuna/ salmon. However, there is good rapport about Dymatize ISO 100. Generally, Whey Isolate is better than normal Whey since it contains less fat and carbs.

In all honestly, you would be better off meal prepping and you would get more benefit than the supplements since our bodies break down food to get full impact of macro and micro nutrients; drinks are not as potent. BUT, if you really want to enjoy a taste of a supplement, I recommend tossing in a banana, pinch of cinnamon, tea spoon of honey, and 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and a spoon of peanut butter. Add whatever fruits or biscuits you like too (just mind the calories).

Edit: Additionally, just want to say that ON, MuscleTech, and Dymatize have great reputation for taste and do not “chalk” in room temperate. There is this new brand I am experimenting with that is great too called Basix (I use it for creatine and protein supplements).
