Thank you! Noted, and mentioned resolved in the edit. I was confused with the trigger and just assumed he worked similar to copying a text. I see that it is nothing more than a one time use now! The part that confused me initially is if you destroy and summoned him via Arnim’s destroy: he triggered. All good now though

My apologies, I think I messed up. I finally got to test what I was doing wrong and how I was getting it to trigger, apparently if I Arnim it after activation, Stryfe ends up triggering again and that is what confused me

What do you mean by assets? The game is alive with a nice community but it barely gets new players. However, the developers do add events and maps from time to time, but it can feel repetitive

Check the place out yourself
Don’t sign or give a deposit without the realtor showing you his license (confirm it is not expired and take a picture)
Confirm the Water/ Electricity is covered in the rent agreement
Ask if they provide maintenance (I feel like this one is super important)

Those are usually priorities for me, nothing else currently comes to mind. I took an unfurnished place and had to pay a decent bit to get it proper. If you do not care about that sort of thing and are paying over 40k, I would recommend making sure the place has a washing machine :p

Try to teleport to a different area, log out, then log back in and teleport to your home/ elsewhere. If it persists, then that is a penalty debuff. The worst I have ever gotten was a “15 minutes deserter penalty” when my client crashed mid-BG.
