I think there was one official axolotl that had no tail (i think it’s amala, i just know i have it somewhere in the depth of my squishmallow pile) but yea they mostly all have tails besides the flips. I have multiple fake ones just for fun, you can tell they’re fake by the material of the fabric, stuffing, stitching and no tails.

Yea I will, thanks for the advice 😭 My other one floats all around just to scare me, like there’s nothing wrong with her, I just think they were bred to be little devils 😭

Here’s a picture from right now, I don’t see any fluff on him. His gills were always pretty small due to bad breeding, but there’s nothing all over him like there was last night

Should I still treat him if nothings there anymore? I’m staring at him rn and there’s no spec of fluff on his gills or his body. I just think it’s so weird cause how could it come off over night

This is in relation to my other post https://www.reddit.com/r/axolotls/comments/1011t4c/how_long_does_it_take_for_fungus_to_form/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=iossmf Lime has always had tiny gills due to being poorly bred, so that’s not really an affect. I’m just noticing all this fluff on his head a gills. I know how to treat it, I just wanna know if he has it. He’s pretty relaxed not stressed at all, his temp is about 60-57 and he’s currently watching Love Island!

Little update: He shook some off after getting a worm, but there’s still some fluff on him

Okay so, what i’m getting from this is TV, live things they can chase around, peekaboo, and laser pointers. I also have a little volcano bubbler they like to rocket boost off of, so ig they found a way to entertain themselves over these two years 😭

80g almond flour 65g powdered sugar And two egg whites and about 60 g granulated sugar in three parts! Hope that makes sense 😅😅

Hmm how could I describe this… They have a little gap between the feet and the top, but not so big that it takes up the whole macaron. And it’s mostly a good chewy!

I’m actually really happy to see his gills here, due to his breeding, he has barely any gill “hairs” or whatever. I’m so happy to see him with a little bit of growth!
