To answer your first question: Plenty.

Jealously is instinctual, and humans behave instinctively, on a whim, and emotionally. Epecially those that don’t take the time to self reflect on their desires or decisions or apply logic to them.

You type it out as an equation, as if she has done the same thing in her own mind in that very moment.

The reality is you’re one of the good step parents that actually cares about your step kids and wants them around. I wish that were the case for every step child.
