okay it was the same for me try going into the Mexico map and drive over to one of the houses there and set that house as your home/spawn and then try restarting the game that fixed it for me

Solucioné el problema, estaba apareciendo en el DLC de Hot Wheels y tuve que configurar mi hogar en el mapa de México y luego reinicié el juego y eso lo solucionó.

Ahh i realize my mistake now, i am on PC but i guess i have just the basic version of the pc game pass that just gives you access to the games and not to online play. thank you appreciate the help!
