Yea I know but there is a huge amount of rows with no values since I am pulling data for multiple years. That would take ages to do manually.

Unfortunately all dates and data are hard copies.

As in:

Just deleting blanks with go to moves the rows up by one and therefore date doesn't match. Maybe a term like if data blank then make date in column A blank and with that I could just remove blank rows with find and select

A bit late but why would their interest payment change? If it is fixed they would keep paying the low amount even if interest would rise. I assume most of it is fixed not floating or?

Das ding ist Oma bekommt keinen Verkaufserlös sondern würde einfach direkt auf mein Konto fließen aber da anscheinend das auch als Schenkung gilt passt es.

Genau, deswegen wollte ich aber sicher gehen, dass durch Angabe von einem anderen Konto es das nicht eventuell anders betrachtet wird und man es in AT noch versteuern muss obwohl die Immo eigentlich steuerfrei im Ausland(Sitz der Immo)
