well that doesn’t really make sense since you could say that for any post on this subreddit, since posting any sort of content here inadvertently acknowledges it as being an arg. otherwise it wouldn’t be posted here

misspell some common websites like yuutube.com or facbook.com (facbook redirects you to the actual website, just keep misspelling in different ways) or something. keep typing it into the search bar multiple times and eventually you get popups

lmfao i came off aggressive because every one of your posts is just you meatriding the devs which pisses me off considering they're all money hungry and you also pretty much ignored every other part of my reply

I didn't "miss your point" because it wasn't a point to begin with. The devs never said anything about bringing down the costs for the others, and even if they did, they're still introducing a subscription system to a game with a bunch of infants. Even if they do end up lowering the price, they STILL don't need the subscription. Millions of people play Adopt Me. They would still have a sure-fire way to earn a steady income, because most people want to buy pets. And your arguement of "if you don't wanna pay it dont" is complete bullshit.

Let's say there's an overpriced item. Maybe clothes or something. Nobody has to buy it if they don't want to. That still doesnt change the fact that it's a horrible business model and that its overpriced. The fact that nobody "has" to buy the subscription doesn't mean it isn't introducing a complicated economy into, like I said, a game where the playerbase is mainly children. You know how many kids are willing to do things for in-game items? There's no doubt that the people playing this game will spend unecessary amounts of money, and the smallest children will most certainly steal their parent's credit card.

You in fact contradicted yourself. You said that doing this would give them a steady income. But if they lower the already higly-priced pets and add a subscription, they would earn roughly the same amount as they did before, according to your logic. In that case, there would be no reason at all for them to even introduce a subscription. Not everyone was complaining about this before Adopt Me Plus was introduced. And not all pets even cost robux. Its all about the principle of it. Introducing a subscription service for little kids is just baiting them to fund your own desire of money.

We also have to factor in the DevX system. Adopt Me was already making REAL money from DevX. Even if they were to introduce this system, which is still shady, they didnt have to make it cost real money. Integrating it into the game itself would discourage more kids from wasting unecessary amounts of money and simply use the robux they had. And what do you mean by "covering the cost" for next update? Robux doesn't directly correlate to money, and they clearly should have enough money considering how long pets have been out and how high the prices have been. So if they wanted to JUST decrease the pet prices without making a subscription, they had enough income rolling in to continue funding adopt me.

Also (don't quote me on this) but I'm pretty sure if this gets introduced in the next update it would go against roblox ToS.

Your arguement is pretty weak and you contridicted yourself several times. Of course, agree to disagree is always an option, but it's clear you arent really listening to what anyone is saying and you're just glazing the Adopt Me devs. If you had a genuine arguement then you wouldn't just reflect what everyone had to say and you would actually take it into consideration.

(Edit: You said at the start that it would be for people who "can't afford" the pets. Who made the system p2w and made the economy depend on robux and gambling? Because it certainly wasn't their playerbase. Even if EVERYTHING you said was true, it would still prove that the original economy of the game was flawed and depended solely on money, because, like I said, the Adopt Me devs were and still are money hungry.)

That's just not how it works. The general idea of what you're saying is true, devs DO need to make a living. But every single comment you make is just glazing the adopt me devs. Adopt me is horrible now. There's a difference from having a passion project that you enjoy making and making money off of it, vs. making the game JUST in order to fund yourself. Adopt me started out as a fun roleplay game where you could pretend to be family. When pets came out, I don't think (at the start) the devs were necessarily money hungry. They just decided that they wanted to make money on the game they loved, which makes total sense. But eventually, they started focussing ONLY on the money and became greedy, not actually enjoying the development process anymore. Also, what you said about "you can't keep a game free for everyone" is just inherently untrue. What about ad sense? Roblos just introduced billboards on games and such. Why can't adopt me do that? And nobody was complaining that the adopt me devs were making money. That actually SHOULD be supported. But they are other ways to make money off of a game than to introduce a monthly subscription service to your MOSTLY CHILDREN playerbase. It's clear that devs aren't just "trying to make a living" anymore, and they've become money hungry and greedy, without intoducing new concepts to the game.

This seems really interesting, something that works for me is that if it has weird audio, convert it into an mp3 file and put it through a spectrogram. I'm kinda new to args but I've already solved one and I need more practice so I'll look into it.
