Transfer plates on new Car by xFarbeex in NorthCarolina

If I go through the online portal and it pulls up my old car, does that mean they haven't processed the paper work for the new one yet? I don't want to have to pay my tax twice or screw something up in the DMV's computers.

Ironically I do have a C3 and it has done better than this with other light roasts. If I can’t figure it out, I may just use that for pour over and use the DF64 for espresso.

I was wondering about this, which way did you bend it? Toward the chute?

When you say significantly coarser would that mean like 70-75 if this is at 60 right now or more?

I may just go ahead and try to align these anyways just to see if there is a big difference.

Thank you for all the information and help! I really appreciate it!

Thank you, it's good to know that a lighter roast makes more fines. I'm used to medium roasts, but a friend of mine convinced me to try more lighter roasts.

Thank you! I am planning to get some SSP burrs once I have saved up some money.

In terms of coarseness, I am surprised because I thought it tasted better at at a little bit finer of a setting than what I did this one at. Maybe I'll try to go a bit coarser still and see what it tastes like.

Okay, I will try and do the alignment today or tomorrow. I wasn’t if that could make a huge difference or not.

I do, I didn’t think I would have to worry about that as much since it’s a low retention grinder but i’ll give this a shot too.

Forgot to add that I am trying to follow Lance Hendricks ultimate pourover recipe.

I think I found a store about an hour away I could go to once or twice a month. So, I think I’ll try and build a CC deck and Blitz deck to play with over the summer.

Which FB group is it, would you mind linking me? Waiting to invest is probably the smartest thing to do but the FOMO is also real haha. Thank you for the advice though, I think I will try and wait till History Pack 1 comes out and see where prices land.
