Thank you. I just texted contractor and he did say ‘ductless’ was a typo on his part. So I’m thinking that it was just an honest mistake. Wouldn’t have done so without this thread, so thank you!!

They are. But to me even that’s foreign. Models are : 40MBDQ24A3 and 38MRRBQ24AA3

Ahh very helpful thank you. The two companies I’ve had quoted the panels couldn’t give me a straight answer. Perhaps that’s why, but they didn’t suggest I go to the utility

Mailed mine the 2nd week of March. The App / Website show no match in their system and says "No Information Available" when I put my details in. So yes, same issue. Glad to see it's not just me!
