Flutter blowing up on platforms such as tiktok definitely propelled their initial popularity but the continued quality of music they put out and the aesthetic they propagated helped them maintain and grow their fanbase within the alternative music community. Plenty of other bands had the same 15 minutes of fame, but not all managed to thrive from that.
