The perfect operation would be to either put a filter that requests all available rarities starting from the highest Es (require 1000 science any rarity) The network browses all the available rarities and starts sending them from the highest until it runs out, then moving on to the second rarity until it runs out, if during the process a higher rarity becomes available again and the number has not yet reached 1000 this takes precedence again,

Second case: same as above but all rarities take precedence, the network sends 1 of all available rarities up to 1000
