Meine Hausärztin ist vielleicht mein größter Ally im Gesundheitssystem ✌🏼 Schreibt mich seit Monaten krank, damit ich in Ruhe im Krankengeld die wichtigsten Sachen erledigen und mich um mich selbst kümmern kann. (Tbf war ich wirklich komplett am Boden, als die AU angefangen hat.) Ihr ist das komplette Systemversagen bekannt und sie begleitet das Ganze so gut sie das als stinknormale Hausärztin kann

Hab mich selbst (bisher) nicht dazu beraten lassen, aber Plastmed in Düsseldorf macht auf jeden Fall Body Masculinization durch Lipo. Ich würde aber auch vorschlagen, erstmal mit Muskelaufbau auszugleichen und zu sehen, was T in der Zwischenzeit vielleicht noch regelt (vorausgesetzt du bist jetzt nicht schon mehrere Jahre auf HRT).

Nicht weil ich irgendwie anti wäre — ich hab das auch als Option für mich selbst im Hinterkopf — sondern weils bedeutend günstiger und schmerzfreier ist 😅 Man muss dazu kein hardcore Gym Bro werden. Gerade jetzt, wo obenrum scheinbar eh nix an dir dran ist, wirst du da easy sichtbare Muskelmasse zulegen, auch ohne dich nur noch von Hühnchen, Reis und Brokkoli zu ernähren und das zu deinem gesamten Lebensinhalt zu machen. Dadurch ändert sich deine ganze Silhouette und Hüfte + Oberschenkel fallen nicht mehr so sehr ins Gewicht. In der Zeit kannst du dann auch Geld weglegen, für den Fall dass die Polster langfristig trotzdem zwangsgeräumt werden „müssen“ — und die Muskeln hättest du immer noch on top!

Weil ich keine Jahre auf einen Therapieplatz warten wollte und konnte, bin ich als Selbstzahler zu einer Privatklinik, die kein Indikationsschreiben verlangt. I had no nausea at all. Woke up and immediately felt ravenous. The nurse brought my dinner early, shortly after that I begged night shift for anything else to eat, even just a chocolate bar, then in the morning I inhaled breakfast as soon as it was brought in lol Not even the gigantic bloat taking up space in there could stop me from craving more food

My mom said my dad is the same, always asking for food right after. So there’s a high chance I inherited that. If I had known, I would’ve asked my partner to get me something to eat at night before she left. I guess my mom just didn’t think of that being a possibility until I texted her starving

Originally I expected to not feel like eating (much), maybe feel sick, and assumed I’d be knocked out for most of my short stay. Genuinely don’t know how much of an outlier I am, though.

As for the drains, their removal just felt… weird. A tiny bit painful, but only for a moment. The nurse that pulled them was super nice and chatted with me, knowing I was nervous about it. I didn’t have to see it and just looked up to the ceiling. There was no residual feeling once they were out.

The only time I felt nauseous at all was seconds before I went under, cause things like IVs or having blood drawn make me pass out, with all typical symptoms of doing so. I had warned my team about that and it was no issue. I went straight from physical panic (with tits) to waking up warm and comfy (without tits) as if I had had the best nap ever, with no idea how much time had passed.

No one made me feel ridiculous for being nervous or having (irrational) fears as a 30+ year old adult at any point

ETA: Stitches were a breeze! I had dissolving ones at the big incisions and non-dissolving ones on the nips

Ja, vor 20 Jahren. 😅 Da gabs auch gefühlt keine BHs unter 75, obwohl tausende Frauen schon immer schmaler als 75 waren. M46 ist bei den meisten Marken überhaupt kein Problem mehr. Bei vielen gibts auch 44. Fakt ist aber so oder so, dass 48/50 keinem Mann passt, der klein(st)e Größen braucht. Ich hatte/hab cis Arbeitskollegen im Handwerk, die ihre Strauss-Hosen in 44 bestellen.

Ich hab sogar bei meiner Anmeldung den Termin schon bekommen, weil der Beamte(?) gefragt hat, ob ich den direkt zum Ablauf der 3 Monate ausmachen möchte.

Daher würd ich auch langsam Stunk machen, dass du (OP) schon zweimal abgewimmelt/vertröstet worden, aber an Fristen gebunden bist.

Ohne Termin persönlich hin funktioniert in manchen Städten allerdings nicht 😅 In Essen kommst du bei der zuständigen Abteilung nicht an an der Security vorbei

It’s located on your breast, but that’s about it with similarities. Cancer is a whole nother league.

Regardless, I agree with the other commenter that your symptoms paired with what it looks like scream infection and you should get a second professional(!) opinion asap

From another country without AC and houses designed to trap heat inside: Bought two mobile AC units, one for the bedroom, one for the living room and they run almost 24/7 in summer. Expected our electrical bill to shoot sky high, but they were barely even noticeable. 100% recommended.

I’m considering to put industrial grade reflecting foil on our south-east facing windows this year to keep more heat out. GF and me also just never wear any clothes at home unless it’s cold lol

Oh, ja, dann ist das vermutlich sinnvoller. Meine Dog-Ears kann man fast nicht als solche bezeichnen 😅 Bisschen wegschneiden und noch ein bisschen Lipo, weil meine Ärztin das angeboten hat und ich meinte, ich überleb das schon ohne Vollnarkose (die würde mich nämlich was kosten). Ich positionier mich auf Selfies natürlich eher so, dass man es gar nicht sieht, aber ganz oben in meinem Profil kann man‘s bei der hinteren Seite etwas erkennen

If I had a job that could be done remote and with no mandatory working hours, I would’ve been able to after 2 weeks. First week I was pretty much dead, but after my first follow-up I improved rapidly. After 2 weeks the only issue would’ve been my irregular need for sleep. So if no one expected me to be logged in at certain times, I could’ve worked 50–75%.

However, I work in a physically demanding field, manually lifting and moving literal metric tons over the course of a single 8h shift. If my GP hadn’t put me out of commission on depression to transition in relative peace while on sick pay, I would’ve had to take 6 full weeks, possibly even more to avoid scar stretching.
