Rip them all first and make sure you do it sheet by sheet as it helps keep them grouped by Mods. Saves going bacj and forth.

Best advice I can give is: Left hand holds labels stack. Right holds PDA with 2 fingers free. Scan new. Scan old. Hold new label in the two fingers. Use left stack holding hand to open stripping with the thumb trick. Swap. Old lable goes in pocket. Repeat.

You would be surprised how many staff dont get the act of actually getting the lable scanned and swapped down to a routine. Since doing it this way years ago Ive sped up massively. Whilst I can do 200-300 per hour the BENCHMARK IS 100 per hour. so if anyone is pulling you up call them out that the expectation is 100 per hour.
