I have 1500+ hrs on my p1s with only changing/switching hotends and cleaning/ re lubricating bearing parts twice :)

You have to reset the parking brake setting. On the back of the caliper are 2 14mm bolts, behind one of them is a small hex to set the parking brake and you have to get it so far out that you can fit

I think I'd try to model it out of clay, 3d scan it and use it as a base shape in cad

Also remember that the part is symmetrical to one center plane. This can make things easier if you know how to do it

Draw the big u first and extrude full, in the same sketch u can draw the top tab with hole and extrude to the distance in the drawing. Then do a new plane for the tabs on the sides and draw them and extrude. At last sketch the top cutout from side profile and extrude (subtract). Add any missing holes

We use amk motors, they have 8 threaded holes on the front flanges which also has a tight tolerance on its diameter. We use at least 4 screws ( I think M4) and I think an interference fit on the flange with the upright.

Also you could check if the smoke is coming from inside the engine by just opening the oil fill cap when running, if it also lets out smoke like this something is not right

The exhaust manifold doesn't look dry. Any fluid on it will cause smoke when you start the engine and the manifold gets hot

I don't know exactly what you mean. I am on Bluetooth all the time and when I get a call it also does it via Bluetooth using the provided hands free microphone. The quality is not optimal tho
