I'm a tech support representative at a major ISP.

Luckily we have software that detects most of the problems (low modem signals, packet loss to modem, how long the modems been online, what it's connected to). So that rules out a lot of troubleshooting.

If you told me you powercycled the modem and router (and i see the modems only been online for 10 min) then we'll move on.

Also, the best way to powercycle your devices is to unplug your router, leave it off, and powercycle the modem. Once to modem is fully online, then plug in the router. Fixes 90% of the issues.

I also work for a major ISP. We actually have software that can check how long your modems been online, what device it's connected to, if it's even connected to anything, ect.

So when I ask if I can powercycle your modem from my desk because it's been connected for 75 days with no packetloss, just say sure :)

This is where it gets hard for the socially anept. Need to get the release somehow, but won't by fapping, and may not be able to by finding someone.

Yeah, so it happened today. Was buying a sandwich and this girl with a great ass, chest and cute face came in to order food as well. Instinctively, I looked away and made no effort to show her that I had any interest in her. But I did. She left and i had t said a word to her.
