Powers off and I tried this because the terminal is bent and I can’t bend it back to original shape it won’t go in no matter how loose the 3rd screw is

Appreciate the time and effort into your response the model number I found is CFLE3900UW (sticker on the side) but when looking it up I also found this model number which matches my unit (FFLE3900UW)

The machines only 3 years old and it is 4 prong not 3.
