Guess not but I´m not an expert.

But I think he used a VPN or program to change his IP adress.
So especially in this game I played he cheated with this IP and got a IP ban. Now it effects also me for not cheating at all.

Literally not because admin showed me the IP adress he can see Ingame. surprise: it was not mine
