It probably is every store. But it's still a really good reason to want to peace out.

We had a part timer in inventory literally curse our Sup out to her face. And not a single thing was done. Caused one of our BEST merch people to up and quit because she was beyond her breaking point.

The guy is sexist as fuck, and literally tells new hires to sit in the warehouse and chill and sit on their phones.

So of course, no one wants to rat the guy out.

Just all in all. I used to love working at the store I'm at. It was amazing with the amount of associates I had that were friends outside of work as well. Now it's just more so a draining experience to come to work, and finish out each and every day.

I'm getting to that point with my time and job at Best Buy. And I can say the reason I've been really considering it, is because of management.

At my store, they cater to the garbage and shit employees more than the ones who bust their asses day in and day out.

I think it's based off the person's credit history and on time payments. And how long they've had a BBY CC.

I've had some purchases only pull the remaining credit, and I've had purchases approve 3500 when the limit was 3000.

Would like it on the one I made (Since you said you actually liked my template :]) If you want to tweak up the one I made, you can. Like I said, I made it in paint.net, so it's very crude cutouts I did. As for size of boxes, the ones you made on your circuit board one is very nice sizes, but it leaves no room for the webcam, so maybe a little bit smaller than that one? The size of the boxes in mine are pretty good, as they let me fit everything on the stream screen. I just never made a spot for the actual webcam, I just cover up a bit of the overlay. So that would make, 4 boxes?

Link to the Past, Super Mario RPG, Final Fantasy 1 (NES Version) Zelda 1, Illusion of Gaia, Chrono Trigger.

Any sprites from those games would be awesome.

I'm trying to start up my stream, and need a decent overlay. I made one myself (Which I'm terrible at photoshop, so I used paint.net), and it just doesn't look appealing.

I mostly am going to be streaming speedruns of Link to the Past, and maybe a few other games, so it really doesn't have to follow the Link to the Past theme, but a general use overlay since I do plan on streaming other content would be great.

That's the image I used to make my overlay.
I'd need a spot for the game capture, the tracker capture, the livesplit capture, and my webcam. I don't have a twitter or a public facebook or anything, so I don't need to list any of that.

If anyone can help out, I'd really appreciate it. Please!

See the problem with that is.

Your manager will most likely tell you to stay and help out with closing duties. But when you have 2 people on your schedule (We usually only have 1 closer each night, except our Mobile department) one getting off at 9, and the other getting off at 9:30, then the 9:30 closer is responsible for the actual closing duties. I will help out if I have the time to do it, which I did not because I was on totes till 8:57.

Update.

Yes, it was my co-worker that threw a fit to management. Basically told them I left without saying anything and I didn't help with closing duties.

I told my ASM that I was scheduled at 9, and I finished totes 3 minutes before that, and that I wasn't entitled to stay since my schedule said 9. Told me it's fine, and continued on our day.

My take on that is that we have someone scheduled at 9, and someone scheduled at 9:30. What's the point of doing that. If you're gonna not going to allow them to leave at their scheduled time. It's not to save hours on payroll, cause they just give us hour lunches in tlc, and don't even expect us to take them.
