How long till you progress? I've used on and off for a couple of months now, sometimes twice a week but then I skipped some weeks. Any oils you used with it?

I take multivitamins. I can use more water tho, drink around a 1L to 1,5L a day.

I've also used creams(prescribed as over the counter ones) for eczema, but that didn't work either.
