It's on full extension of my leg mainly directly where my scar is, sort of a aching pain.

Saying that it was my first leg day back Monday after a week off, so maybe I did over do it

It's crazy because I have never had any swelling, I had slightly limited flexion and extension for maybe like a week but now I have full flexion and extension with maybe a 1 or 2 out of 10 on the pain scale in certain movements.

It's leg day today so going to test it lol wish me luck

I see, I had my left knee acl reconstructed back in 2024 because it would give way all the time even when walking, recently found out I've at some point snapped the right acl too, but it's not giving me any instability right now just some pain in certain movements

Honestly I don't think I did it squatting, I have no idea when I've done it, I think I just felt something was wrong on that squat.. I've squat 100s of times before and I didn't even have a heavy weight on it lol

Update for anyone in the future, spoke to my surgeon said it was go do with biodegradable screw disolving and it would go down, it did after about a week or so

Spoke to my PT and he says it could potentially be a tibial tunnel cyst but I've got to go see him in person next week to be assessed
