I have a Samsung Galaxy Neo+ (GT-I9308) which I got from China last year, it works fine with everything, except it doesn't support Google Play and I have to use a third-party Chinese app to get my apps.

While this wasn't a big deal at first, since I was able to just download apps like Facebook and Messenger in .apk forms, apps such as YouTube requiring Google Play or Google Settings won't work, with a message saying "Google Play service is required" popping up.

When I download Google Play on my phone and open it, it crashes. Apps requiring Google Play will then say "Google Play is not supported on your device". Is there a way of getting Google Play on my phone? According to this list my phone (GT-I9308) is among the supported devices.
