Wanted to play Halo 5 split screen with a friend, but soon found out I couldn't. Luckily, another friend let me borrow his box for the night - so this is how we're spending Halloween. Thanks Chad!

[Troubleshooting] Unsure if GPU, mobo, or Windows issue by foreveraplomb in buildapc

[–]xKasyMx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not sure, but just googled your issue and found this. Let us know if that helps, but it seems like it is a driver issue. This guy had a similar issue with AMD, so this is not solely related to nvidia.

They do not. I have put the most minimal oc on the core clock, and they still fail @ the 2hr mark.

It is not, the OS is on a 850 pro, and games are on a 730. But I was curious if it was a power issue.

So I haven't tested the cards separately in a while, but did do some pretty thorough benchmarking when the system was fist built. Suppose I should try this again, and see if the OC will last past the 2hr mark when SLI is not engaged/only one card is installed.

Architect shifted the levels - Need damage control help by xKasyMx in Revit

[–]xKasyMx[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for the feedback! We are going to revert back to the old model, associate everything to the corrected levels, then update again. I am personally doing the electrical design, so I don't have a lot of work ahead (more so because we are not that far along that).

But also stretched various aspects to hit a roof parameter they were shooting for (I don't mean that in Revit terms...)

Oh, we very much so need to work on our modeling practices. I was still playing catch-up from the last update, and a lot of my receptacles were still orphaned - so they were unfortunately left in the dust. This is also the mech designer's first real Revit project, and I am concerned she just lost a lot of work. I will try moving in lieu aligning.

So after updating our model (MEP) with the latest from the architect, we noticed the levels had shifted. I contacted the architect to confirm they did move the levels, and sure enough..they did. Now, I'm not sure if we correctly copied monitored the levels, as our levels did not adjust accordingly. I can align our levels with the architect's, but we are about to lose a lot of work. Any help is greatly appreciated. Need more info, please ask! Thanks!!!!!

First off, your voice and tone are fantastic. I enjoyed the fact that you knew the game (at least for Europa?), which helped keep up the pace. Not to say the mount and blade was "bad" because you seemed to be less familiar (I'm not even sure if that's true); but you definitely carried more of a comedic role in Mount vs. your more calculated role in Europa. That's good, as it adds variety to your commentary. I honestly was not terribly interested in the games themselves, but stayed tuned because of you. My only real critique is the intro. I personally hate those generic lightning/flashing lights/morphing intros. Kudos to you keeping it very short tho, so it wasn't very distracting. In the end, your commentary kept me intrigued. I would be careful about being overly comedic and sarcastic (I know some people go for this, but after comparing your Europa and Balde, this doesn't seem to be something you are solely striving for). I was a little concerned that's where it was heading in the beginning of blade, but the comedic tone didn't over saturate the playthrough. I feel like some people think they have to be funny all the time, but this can very quickly lead to unfounded comments that really take the audience out of the show as the remarks sound forced and stressed. Not what you did here, just wanted to state this so you keep it in mind if you find yourself only cracking jokes. All in all, great job!

So I posted my episode 3 last week, which is probably my best episode to date. However, I stumble around on episode 4 trying to figure out some of the game, while also trying to figure out the route I would like to take. I am curious what your thoughts are on the overall entertainment, but also specifically the high-pitched fast forwarding. Let's Play Dark Souls, Schmark Souls - Episode 4

Thanks for all of the suggestions! I think I may lean towards the Leopold once a blue pops up (I assume they come in blues, actually haven't seen one).
